Short Walk and Free Breakfast, but Terrible Experience with Staff

The hotel was in a convenient location, within a short walk to the subway and close to several tourist attractions. the free breakfast was also a nice touch, with boiled eggs and toast available. However, our stay was overshadowed by the terrible experience with the staff. We arrived early at the hotel, but no one was at the reception until 3 pm. We had to wait for almost two hours with our suitcases, which was very inconvenient and tiring.

The room was extremely small with barely enough space to move around, making it unsuitable for couples with medium-sized suitcases. the windowless room was also dimly lit, which added to the cramped feeling.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes away by taxi from the bustling city center. The hotel is conveniently located near the underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped with good amenities, perfect for a single traveler.

This hotel was a satisfactory choice for my stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel near a subway station, making it easy to travel to and from the airport by taxi. The hotel was also conveniently located near Homachi subway exit 23, as well as a main subway station which took me straight through to Shin-Osaka. The room was comfortable and modern, with great bathroom facilities and a delicious breakfast available each morning. The hotel had a rooftop lounge that was an awesome place to relax and take in the views of the surrounding area.

The hotel suffered from poor management, leaving some guests without proper room service and a non-functioning bar.

The rooftop bar and garden were excellent for enjoying the city views. the breakfast was wonderful and freshly cooked. The hotel had a beautiful and modern design that was very appealing. , it was in a prime location for exploring the city being within walking distance of popular attractions.

The staff's lack of English made it difficult to communicate with them and resulted in some misunderstandings. the noise from nearby construction was disruptive to our stay.
